Our commitment to an accessible website.
Our goal
The Bays Firm wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
What we have done
- Used clear headings, landmarks, and a “Skip to content” link so the site can be navigated by keyboard and with screen readers
- Chosen text and background colors that meet WCAG contrast requirements
- Made keyboard focus clearly visible on links, buttons, and form fields
- Provided text alternatives for meaningful images
- Labeled every form field and avoided visual CAPTCHAs
- Shown the office address as text alongside the embedded map
- Tested pages with automated accessibility tools (axe-core)
Known limitations
The embedded Google Map is provided by a third party and may not be fully accessible. The office address, phone number, and a link to directions are provided as text on the same page.
