Privacy Policy
How this website collects and uses information.
Who we are
This website is operated by The Bays Firm, 1503 Hailey St, Conroe, TX 77301. Questions about this policy can be directed to the office at (936) 760-7670.
Information you send us
When you submit the consultation request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the practice area you select, your preferred contact method, your message, and your acknowledgment of the form notice. The form also records the date and time of submission and technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which help prevent spam and abuse.
We use this information to respond to your request and to check for conflicts of interest. We do not sell it. Form submissions are stored in the website’s database and may also be delivered to the firm by email.
Please do not send confidential information
Because an attorney-client relationship has not yet been formed, please do not include confidential or sensitive details in the form or in an email. A brief description of the type of matter is enough for us to follow up.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies that WordPress needs to operate, such as cookies that keep site administrators signed in. The site does not use advertising cookies, and no analytics service is installed at this time.
The contact page includes an embedded Google Map. When that map loads, Google may set its own cookies and collect information under the Google Privacy Policy.
Spam protection
The consultation form uses a hidden field (a “honeypot”) to filter automated spam. It does not use a visual CAPTCHA.
How long we keep information
Form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to your request and for the firm’s records, after which they are deleted.
Service providers
This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which processes server logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) to operate and secure the service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the bottom of this page shows when it was last revised.
